Crystals can be a wonderful way to reduce stress and anxiety — but please keep in mind that if you suffer severely from both, go and see a doctor, get in therapy and take your medication! Crystals won’t heal anxiety but can be of great help and support!
You also have to find out what is the best way for you to have the crystals near you. You could put them in the pocket of your trousers, wear them as a necklace or bracelet, keep them near you on your desk or at your bedside. It just has to fit your needs! I used to wear them as a necklace till a few years ago and then switched to bracelets — why? I honestly don’t know, I am just following my intuition.

Rose quartz has an amazing calming presence, even by looking at it. When you touch it, it feels gentle and loving. Imagine using this crystal to help soothe your emotions and calm your thoughts, and you can see why it is the perfect energy. If you can wear a rose quartz near your heart chakra to get the most of it!
Black Tourmaline
Normal black isn’t a color associated with bringing calmness and reducing stress. But black tourmaline is one of the best crystals for anxiety and stress, because it absorbs all the negative energy you have around you, which is why it is so powerful for healing and protection. However, since it absorbs so much of the negative energy, it does need to be cleansed and charged more often than your other crystals.
Amethyst
Last but not least, amethyst is the perfect stone for reducing stress and anxiety. Any time you are struggling with your emotions, stress, or anxiety, you should consider using amethyst for spiritual practices. Even having it near you during meditation will help tremendously to manifest reduced stress and a calmer mind! Wearing one is also tremendously helpful.
